This item is great! We spend our time in the lower level of the house with only the spare bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. It is really great to be able to raise/lower the temperature without going upstairs after knee surgery. Would highly recommend.

This thermostat seems to work fine but the interface looks dated and I don't like the "find rebates" button that can't be deleted. Also, the inside humidity reading is way off so we need to use a separate gage. Before the Honeywell we had a different programmable unit that was more modern and self dimmed at night, this one does not. Last thing, I've read other reviews from folks that said the phone app didn't work right after they updated their phone so now I'm nervous about that.

We have owned two Nest thermostats, both of which had a mind of their own and never heated or cooled to the temp we had set them for. We switched to the Honeywell WiFi 9000 Color Touchscreen and love it. The best part is that I can control the air and heat easily from my phone. (Something we were never able to do with our Nest thermostats) I highly recommend this item. (Some say the touchpad is hard to push, but we haven’t found that to be an issue)
