The thermostat works well,once I determined that I did have it wired correctly,have one upstairs and downstairs but only have one air handler,both devices working well,so far no WiFi interruptions so all commands work nicely great to know that I can change any setting without even getting out of bed to get cold from having thermostat turned down at night,very happy with the quality and all functions of the device,so far I am very happy with this purchase!

I wish this thermostat had more options. I would love to program different times within a single day. Also, if I change the temperature the clocks automatically jumps to a 12 hour hold so I have to adjust it every time since I only want the hold for a couple of hours. I like that I can change or set the temperature on my phone though.

This model doesn't seem to offer Geofencing (typically with "Home" and "Away" settings), nor does it offer an easy "Vacation" mode - so leaving town and returning require far too much programming. We prefer other Honeywell models that *do* offer those modes, eg the T5 smart thermostat we installed for my mother-in-law
