Any device capable of connecting wirelessly & being controlled by an app should provide much more functionality and ease of use. Lots of features are missing (app is extremely limited), and the interface on the thermostat itself is clunky

Very disappointed with slow and almost no response to change settings with the App. Sometimes takes 20-30 minutes. Get error in App saying device has connection issues. What is funny the outside temp and forecasts are up too date. It's connected!

I love that I can access online, but with that, changing the temperature is a little more cumbersome. When I want to go back to programmed temp, you can't push a 'Run Program' button, that I can find. We get overheated occasionally.

Air of Excellence from Mobile, Alabama installed,this thermostat when installing a new heat pump unit in my home. What a very professional company Air of Excellence is!! Very qualified staff that I dealt with, Kyle and Craig! Very satisfied overall!

This was absolutely what I was hoping for, from a company with a long history in the industry that went high-tech with a product. Much better than products from tech companies that decided to dable in AC controls.
