I Love this thermostat! I was a Nest fan, but it didn't seem to work, it wasn't cool or heating our home comfortably. I read about this thermostat, it had great reviews, so I purchased it and installed it and WOW!!!! The difference was drastic! We use to have to keep the nest at 72 to cool our house even when it wasn't very hot outside. But now, we can leave it at 77 and our house is very cool! I know, 77 seems hot, but not with this thermostat, it seems to push air throughout the entire house. I would recommend this to anyone looking to replace their thermostat. And it works well with Alexa and Google, one thing I particularly like is, you can ask Alexa to turn it off, on and ask to switch from cooling to heating or vise versus, game changer for me.

Purchased for a second home so that I could monitor the temp and humidity. As soon as I left town, I started having internet connection problems. It would stop communicating and send me messages indicating that it stopped with date and time 5 hours in the future. Tech support was useless, they dropped my call 4 times and didn’t call me back like they said they would.

Lacks important features like room sensors and ventilation options. They seem to tout the ability to change the display color as if that is really important in a thermostat. It also is not very accurate and takes a while to register a change in room temperature.
