Due to a recent building upgrade at my condo built in the early 60s (!) we had new HVAC systems installed in each unit. This programmable thermostat was SO easy to register and set up! I love that it's controllable through an app on my phone, plus it was super easy to program for daily use. Talk about set it and forget it. Sometimes it gets a little chilly so I can simply bump it up a degree or two and adjust accordingly. It really is a great product and I'm glad these were chosen for our building project.

I was not available when this was installed by my HVAC company and was part of a package. I would have never picked this item. Overpriced and has way too much tech stuff you have to get through. Plan to replace it in the near future with something a lot simpler to use. I personally hate it.

I had a NEST installed in 2021 when I built my ADU. I had no real problems but my HVAC Son In Law recommended I install this Honeywell Wi-Fi 9000 7 day programmable Thermostat to get more, for my buck, support and needs for programming and other varied options not to exclude its user friendliness. HVAC expertise recommended Upgrade new NEST to Honeywell

Easy to install and program. I like the Wi-Fi app; it was easy to setup and use. I wish that the thermostat subbase wiring connectors were more robust, sort of weak and cheap. I also wish that the web app could keep track of the starts/stops or run time. This would help monitor home energy usage.
