Turns off intermittently for no reason..

Very nice thermostat and works well except once in a while the screen goes black and stays out for maybe several minutes, No idea why. Plus, it is not easy to install, as far as the wiring. I had an electrician install mine, and he had problems figuring it out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

That thé up and down arrows do not always react to changing the mode. You may have to try numerous time to make changes

Excellent system! I was hesitant to use the WIFI option because i am older and not that tech savvy, but changing the temperature from my bed at night when i forgot to decrease the thermostat before coming to bed is WONDERFUL. No argument as to whom as to get up to change it. The rep who serviced us was so helpful and programed the whole thing for us. Thank you!
