We had a new HVAC unit installed and it would not work correctly with the Nest unit that we requested so we accepted this unit as an alternate solution. This unit works well to control the heat functions and is easily programmed through the unit or the ap. The only problem I have with the unit is the brightness of the display. With the brightness control set to 2, lowest setting before going completely off, it is still bright enough to light up the hallway where it is installed.

I do like the thermostat for being easy to use but I am not a fan of the touchscreen. It is a little difficult to press down on the buttons and getting access so that's a downside to this one. Other than that, it is working as expected and no issues.
