Outstanding product, and has worked flawlessly. Upon startup and connecting to the wifi the thermostat immediately updated itself to the latest version and via internet shows local times, temp, and humidity for local conditions as well as inside temp and humidity and has a weather forcast screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It will run heat but not the ac and it will not connect to the wifi... Every time I click to set up wifi it goes back to the honeywell home screen then the blue screen that says please wait and I'll wait and it will finally go to the home screen...runs heat perfect... I think I got a bad product because I've never had this issue with honeywell

Had professionally installed and love it. I have an iphone and husband has Samsung and app works great on both. Only slight negative is the display is super bright. If there is a way to dim it I have not figured it out yet.

Nice upgrade over my old Honeywell thermostat which wasn't Wi-Fi. The app is very rudimentary and basic but functions fine for what it is. I do like that the screen stays lit all the time unlike my more basic garage Honeywell Wi-Fi stat. It also shows humidity which my garage stat does not. You will need a 'C' wire to power the unit. I was fortunate that I had an unused wire and was able to easily hook up the common wire.

Our first thermostat worked for a little while but eventually died after only one year. Even our HVAC installer said that he has to change out these thermostats often. Hopefully this second one lasts longer.

this was easy to hook up to the app on my phone and works great. It's used in a vacation property about 6 hours away so I can control the temp prior to my arrival and check it on my phone whenever I would like. Would highly recommend.
