Looks ok, but outdoor temp is wrong, and I don't know how to correct it and instructions provided do not help!

We love the thermostat but we have an issue with it and that's the reason for the 4 stars. Every night at 2 am it goes green and at 3 am it comes back to my purple. The info that came with it does not mention this and we would like to know why this is happening.

Elegant Thermostat that is a joy to use. The 3D interface is pretty. Wifi connection is perfect. Seamless integration with Alexa. If your system does not have 24 volt AC power source, be sure to purchase a 24 vac, 500 ma transformer, then remove the R/Rc jumper and connect the C terminal to the Rc terminal. It is really fun to query and set the thermostat from bed using either the App or simply giving commands to Alexa. Highly recommended.

Solid Wi Fi touchscreen that was "included" in my HVAC replacement. technician had no problems getting it to work from the get go. Pretty easy to navigate screen. Wish it was a little bigger

The touch screen doesn’t work that well. The associated app gets the job done but is a pretty poorly designed interface. There are much better options out there.This form for submitting this review doesn’t even work well.
