I had a previous Honeywell so I am familiar with the product. I have an ecobee in one of my other houses and actually prefer it because it has a few more features. The Honeywell product does not allow you to set vacation settings nor does it sense when you’re home and allow for those settings to save energy. The thermostat will do But I wish I had a few more features.

Small in size. Needs a wifi adjunct attached to modem in order to operate. Otherwise works fine.i would have liked to keep my current thermostat, but it HAS to only work with their model.

I do like it, but my main issue with this thermostat is that it does not switch from heat to A/C and visa versa automatically. You have to set it on one or the other. Also, as convenient as the phone app is, it does not give you all the options the thermostat itself has. Other than that, it works and looks nice.
