The display is too bright, even on the dimmest setting. Not good if your thermostat is in a bedroom, as the screen never shuts off entirely. The buttons are very hard to push. The app does not function well. The unit does not appear to work with Alexa. Customer service is awfullllllllll.

I had to replace my T-Stat wire first, than installed it. It was easy to program. It is getting 4 stars because it does not switch automatically from heat to A/C.
