The set up was difficult. The installer had no clue how to connect it to my wifi & didn’t even bother to try. It has no geofencing capability which is basic needed capability. It provides little info via either app as to what the a/c unit is doing, meaning on/off etc. it basically is a standard thermostat that connects to wifi. Disappointing for the cost. I should have bought a nest or ecobee instead.
Decent unit. Relatively easy to install and program. Touchscreen is very finicky, sometimes a light touch works, other times its very frustrating and must press very hard multiple times...or start over
I would recommend this to a friend!

I had a professional installer take care of the installation and configurations. Have since used the website to manage "home" settings - the website control panel is easy to use but one of the thermostats seams to live a life of it's own - it changes temperature at random times during the night - it's very enjoying.
The thermostat gives you the impression that it will automatically cool when it reaches a certain temperature AND heat when the temperature falls below a certain degree.
It does it only if you switch between heat and cool mode manually. So either it heats or it cools. Not both
This thermostat is great. It’s very easy to use and works well. The sop is also very easy to use.
I only have two complaints:
First, in the dimmest setting the display is still very bright at night, lighting up my bedroom. It’s a pain to have to turn the display off every night then back on in the morning, and you can’t do it on the app either.
Second, In order to have a warranty the thermostat has to be professionally installed. This is crazy because it was incredibly easy to install myself.
If you have an issue don’t expect to get through to customer service in less than an hour. The product works well but I had a question that wasn’t covered in the directions.
