Well, it is terrific because we can review it on line from wherever we are ....also so very easy to program. Great product.
Now....for eyes of your company only. This is our 2nd thermostat from you. The first one we had issues running the heat function when we had a new A/C unit installed..so we bought a new one and it works fine. Tried to return the thermostat that failed, but couldn’t because the 1 month return policy had passed. I think we had the first one for 7 months. Wanted to return it with the hope of getting a credit. Why it failed we do not know.....but the new one is just fine.
If you want to look at the first one...we still have it......will send it to you if you give us an address. Thanks, good product, D. Schaab

I ordered a brand new one, came in in opened boxed refurbished. I had someone else install it so I didn't want to have to go through the hassle of returning it and get a new one and have to pay for the installation AGAIN!
The touch screen is super difficult you have to press it really hard for it to work. would not recommend to anyone.

love it .. the touchscreen sometimes no very responsive but other wise i love the look and feel of it and with alexia being able to contorl it is a plus !!

It’s great! As soon as it was connected, the thermostat did its own setup and I didn’t have to do anything but figure out what beautiful color to choose as my background.
