This programmable, Wi-Fi device is excellent. It was priced right, delivered on time, easy to install, connected to my network easily, and works great. I love the device and plan to buy one for my rental unit to monitor the HVAC operation. You can't go wrong with this device.

5 Stars for the thermostat, 2-3 stars for the app. Works but just not thoughtfully designed. Too many steps to switch between multiple thermostats....annoyingly so.

Great thermostat. Relatively easy to install and certainly easy to program. It's footprint is smaller than the old thermostat so some paint touch-up was required. The little tabs that help to secure the wires are very fragile and one broke but seemed to have no effect on the security of the wire. Connected to my home network quickly and stays connected. I'd buy it again.
