I really like this thermostat. The controls are easy to understand and laid out logically. I like the app just as well giving me the ability to control my temperature from anywhere. I just wish the screen was a little bigger and felt more sturdy when I press the touchscreen. This thermostat is a 4.5 star rating!

Great! The ONLY issue I had with it was owner ignorance. I could not get it to start cooling in the evening at the appointed time so I thought it was possessed or something. I had it installed when my A/C system was replaced. It was an upgrade from the one I couldn't see. As it turned out, the thing is really smarter than the owner, who had to download the owners manual to learn all the stuff the installers didn't even know, like if you set the night-time temp to 74, down from 78 during the day, the thermostat learns how long it took to cool the house to 74, then starts cooling at that time so that all is good at your programmed time. (Does that make sense??) Anyway, the thermostat knew more than the installers did so... Yay! All is great now.
