The prongs broke off when attempting to place the wires inside. Very unclear why the switch from traditional screws.

Works super with our new heat pump.Replaced an older Honeywell wifi. I don't have to turn on the lights to read this model. And I use my I-phone away from home. Alexa works great!

If you move into a house and the previous owner had this thermostat, or if you lose access to it for whatever reason, you have to call Honeywell and have them reset it. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of and the process that I experienced after moving into a new place recently.

I wish it had a section of interface that would show a month to month breakdown of how much heat and air conditioning I use. My buddy has one thats not near as nice looking but has that feature.
