No Remote Sensor Functionality

Our upstairs unit gets confused when the downstairs system heat is on. It’s exposed to the lower level via 20ft living space. So our bedrooms are freezing and the unit thinks all is well. The problem is there are no remote sensor options to control the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The thermostat has excellent installation instructions. I took a picture of the old thermostat wiring connection and labeled each wire for reference if needed. It only took a few minutes to connect the new thermostat. It took longer to program operations because I was indecisive on specific times and temperature settings preferred. The unit is easily reprogram or change settings on the fly at the panel or remotely using the Total Connect App. Only a few months using the thermostat but I hope that the unit has a long serviceable life.
