Can’t even switch between heat and cool automatically after you set the temps. You have to manually switch it every time. In Florida that sucks because it’s 80 in the daytime and 45 at night and you have to switch it every time. My 10 year old thermostat I just replaced could do that.

I had one in my former house and it was great so i had the same thermostat installed in our new home. I like to monitor our temperature when we are on vacation with my iphone. i set up the wifi in the thermostat and we left the next day for our home in Florida. Right after we got to Florida i lost my wifi connection with my thermostat in Minnesota. I think it might have something to do with having wifi with Comcast in both of our homes in two different states. As soon as we set up our wifi in Florida i lost the connection with the thermostat in Minnesota. Not the thermostat's problem. It's having wifi with different name and password with the same company in two different states.
