Every time I deviate from the seven day program, it goes on hold and shuts the whole system off! I can’t turn the Temperature up or down. Otherwise it goes on hold and shuts the air conditioner off!

I have had 2 installed and both do not work right the heat stays on for hours until I lower temps manuall meaning I have It set at 68 Heat and It stays running at 68 for an hour or more with room temp at 68 and doesnt shut off until I turn set poin d

Followed instructions and had Honeywell approved professional install them so warranty is covered. He had them both (I need two) installed and running in half hour. I then went on line started an account and downloaded the app to my phone and had it connected to Alexa and schedules programmed all in less than an hour. Couldn't be easier. The way you can change the colors to match the wall is very cool. There are endless colors, not just the four you see in all the ads.

Although we had this T'stat professionally installed, the technicians (2 different occassions) had difficulty with the install and setup. It hasn't held the temperatures as set. Had to reprogram once already, and now the unit isn't holding temps as set again. Had to call for service to check the problem. Not what I need , when planning to be away for a few months. I thought I'd have peace-of-mind. Not yet.
