Disappointing

Bought 3 of these TH9320wf5003. They stopped connecting to the internet while everything else I own connects just fine. I called for support, was put on hold for approx 30 minutes then switched around and hung up on 4 times. On the phone 2 hours. Ultimately told they were escalating my issue and I would get a call in a couple of days. 3 weeks later, still no call so I called them again. Bottom line, they don't know what to do and offered no solution.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We recently built a new house. Based on our experience with Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostats in the past, we asked the builder to install these thermostats in our new home. Very pleased with the appearance, ease of use in terms of programming, connectivity, and the precise control.

While it works great - it does not follow the schedule I entered. I have to either change the temperature manually or on the app.

I dont like that the temperature lowers itself an hour before the scheduled time set in order to reach the cool point at that time versus just turning on at the time I scheduled it to. Also, it seems much colder and like the ac cycles on more freque

It’s very hard to push the buttons. They don’t work sometimes. Easier just to use the app on the phone. Very disappointed. It’s not like I can take it off the wall now. It was installed professionally.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC THERMOSTAT....HUGE MISTAKE DEPENDING ON 3RD PARTY WEATHER...ACCUWEATHER (???) IS TOTAL GARBAGE. THEY ARE CONSISTENTLY OFF BY 5 TO 11 DEGREES FARENHEIT MAKING THE OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE TOTALLY WORTHLESS...FIND ANOTHER WEATHER PROVIDER OR REMOVE THAT FUNCTIONALITY. READ YOUR ONLINE REVIEWS...MANY PEOPLE HAVE THIS SAME COMPLAINT.

had it installed over 2 yrs without any problems, used with the app on my phone to control it to save on energy. but you must have wifi to do this.
