This thermostat is extremely easy to install, setup and configure. The configuration procedure is intuitive - have a smart phone or computer/tablet handy to setup a Honeywell Home account for remote access. I read some critiques citing issues with Wi-Fi connectivity, however, I have not experienced any connectivity or drop-out issues, whatsoever - usually, Wi-Fi issues are caused by the Wi-Fi Router/Access Point functionality. Excellent product.
