Easy to use and program. Just installed so I do not know about long term, but at this time I am pleased. Fun programming the background colors to coordinate with the rooms. They are all reading as programmed and the smaller size is perfect.

This has got to be the best complete WiFi thermostat on the market. We had a expensive Carrier brand thermostat at our last house and thought it was really good, but the wife found it hard to navigate. She is/was right! I find this one much easier to navigate/program etc. This model shows more information on the screen so you can go right to what you need for most of what you would use everyday. I’m not sure how it could be more user friendly!!! So glad we found this Honeywell model.

This product is terrible, the App is terrible and the unit doesnt seem to work as programmed in terms of schedules. I am replacing with ecobee

Great thermostat, it has permanent hold feature which is great. Also you can connect to stat by WiFi, you can login in and shut off AC or adjust temps when no one is home. Also you can set schedules. Saves you much money on AC.
