First unit purchased had a broken connector where the wire pushes in. Second one received worked fine. Phone number for tech support is out of service but once I spoke with my hvac tech I figured it out. Pretty simple to use and app seems to be working fine.

I already had one of these, which is why I got a second one. It is so easy to use and read, and sends you a monthly account of your heating, A/C use, as well as average high/low temps for the current year and last.
