Newly installed thermostat to replace Carrier Infinity system and we are just learning and adapting to its features. Some features are different and not as intuitive but that is understandable and expected with change. It seems like it will do all we need it to do. WiFi operation is not as important as programing from touch screen and over ride is not adjustable enough fro short periods like our previous one. Other than that all seems compatible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thermostat easily installed. Wires on the replaced Thermostat were already "six wire" so no new wiring was needed. Being retired, there was liile need for the 7 day setting option, but the four times per day, the "hold," vacation, and the wi-fi functions are convenient.

The product was everything that was stated. It was easy to install and program. It has been a blessing to be able to control it on the Wi-Fi. My Mother-in-law is 96 years old and I'm able to regulate her temperature without having to be present to do it. Cannot recommend a product higher I look forward to a long long time of its use and functionality. Thank you Honeywell for the great products that you offer. Only con is that customer service is almost impossible to reach unless you have all day to sit waiting for someone to answer.

Couldn't ask for more. Multiple ways to connect, but best of all, we can now control A/C temperature via voice command to Alexa devices around the home or even from afar via cell phone. Just have no complaints. Looks great too!

Its amazing I love the change background color feature. I can also change temp when im away from home. I travel alot and this eases my mind. I am thinking of bying one for my daughter she always is fooling with her settings.
