The wire in terminal is a bit flimsy if you’re not careful you can break the plastic

This is a very nice thermostat. If you have a common wire its easy to install. The menus are easy with step by step instructions. Love the outside weather and the ability to change screen colors.

This thermostat is great and works well, except it did give out after 3 years, but we liked it so much we replaced it with the exact same one. We did like the previous chrome type finish as the white is cheaper looking, but bottom line this is easy to use, especially with the honeywell app, which works really well and is super easy to use. Customer service is normally pretty great. In the case of the one we previously had, they insisted the problem was our router, which we didn't think, so we bought a new router, but the problem remained the thermostat, so we bought this one, and it is back to working as it should. We have been happy with customer service for other issues so it's not a big deal. As for the thermostat though, if you want one that is easy to use and easy to change from your phone remotely, then this is the one.
