Very sensitive thermostat, very good for accuracy on temperature and % of humidity. But a delay between emergency heat for a add-on thermopump is not included in TH9321

I purchased this thermostat new-in-box and sealed from a government auction in August 2017. Three years and three months later, I finally installed it since my wife kept bugging me to change the temperature in the house after we were already in bed, requiring me to get out of bed and go down to where the old mercury-switch thermostat was mounted in order to change it.
Luckily, the old 4-wire (heating+cooling+fan control) Honeywell T834C2580 that came with the house was installed using a 5-conductor cable with the superfluous 5th wire neatly wrapped around the sheathing at both the wall and furnace ends, and the furnace itself had control provisions for all five wires. This greatly simplified the install process, which I performed myself with the aid of some YouTube videos. After a couple of hours watching multiple how-to videos, removing the T834, and confirming all the wiring, the actual install took me about 20 minutes--pretty good considering it's my first time doing it.
The unit has all the info I needed to connect it to my WiFi system, and had no issues connecting despite the hidden SSID and MAC whitelist security on my WLAN.
The Android app and online interface through the Total Connect Comfort website make it simple to make adjustments wherever I have Internet access, although the on-screen layout of the app on my WQHD phone is really bad, with the buttons and text way too large for the screen despite having more real estate available than on six of the actual thermostat units combined.
The only other issue I've had is the random reboots of the unit itself within a couple of weeks after I installed it; it's only happened twice but I can't figure out the cause. The screen was just blank and unresponsive the first time, requiring me to physically remove the unit from the mount and replace it to reinitialize (all the info must be stored in non-volatile memory on the unit, as it reconnected to the Wi-Fi and continued working with no input required on my part). The second time was right after I woke up around 6:00 AM the following week, and as I was passing by to head outside for my morning fresh air I noticed that the screen was displaying the Honeywell logo (while it was rebooting) as opposed to the normal screen as displayed here. Both instances were a few weeks ago now and I've had no issues since.

Works as advertised. I just moved and wanted to update the thermostats to WiFi. I used Honeywell in my old house and loved the features. Upgrading the older thermostats in the new house (new to us, but 20 years old) I did not have the C wire/constant 24v wire to power the thermostats. This was expected. You can find videos on upgrading this. I was lucky, since the original thermostat wiring was 5 wire. I connected the spare wire to the 24v transformer in the air handler, no issues. Installed and working for one month.
