Touchscreen Thermostat is easy to read; Lots of information to make informed decisions; easy to use app that connects to WIFI and Thermostat; Ability to change colors to suit location installed. Website provides information when temperature is too warm or too cold in home.
So far so good. I bought two and they work well both manually and remotely through the Honeywell app. I thought of purchasing a Nest but my AC engineer strongly recommended to use Honeywell (he is not associated with Honeywell) I must say, so far, it works good and does what is needs to do. Besides, Honeywell has been around for decades in thermostats so one may expect durability and reliability. Operating is simple and mostly auto-explainable.
Very much enjoy the new thermostat, features & ability to control thru Alexa & their app. Only hold-up is the required force needed to actually touch the screen & change things. We have to press very hard on the screen to make changes. App is ultra smooth & easy to use. Alexa states she cannot change it from cool to heat or vice versa.
Bright, readable display. Large characters. Integrated with the app, you can customize thermostat settings to your location - turn on A/C when you approach, for instance. Haven't tried that, but it is intriguing. I do like the ability to observe and control home conditions from cell phone. Integrates with Google Home, maybe other systems too.
The thermostat itself if fine. However, if you register it, expect to be berated with emails. Including this one wanting me to review the product, over and over again. Maybe this reviews will be good enough to get them to stop asking me to continually review it.
