Used to replace an older Honeywell DIY install. Strait forward install. No issues. I do want to be able to to set to half degrees. I haven't found one that does that, has to be very simple to do. Works great with Alexa. Anyway good so far.

I bought about 1 year ago also bought another for our place up north not sure how many the app can handle but 2 is not a problem I’m it would handle more so if you have two furnaces in one house or more than one house or more houses just use different name for each location

This thermostat is difficult to work properly. It kicks off WIFI easily and often and you are NOT able to put it back on without customer service. It takes hours to get through to customer service
The thermostat has all the features as advertised and we like the way it works. The only reason for 4 starts and not 5 it that the instructions are too vague. I had to Google the correct wire identifications in order to wire it correctly.
I've had two installed now for about 3 weeks. Both the thermostat and the app have been reliable. I've had just one issue - when power to one of the thermostats is interrupted and restored, one of the thermostats suddenly gives a reading of 66 degrees ambient. Clearly the ambient temperature did not drop nearly 10 degrees in one minute, so what it thinks the temperature is is wrong. But that's not the worst of it - it then takes nearly and hour to come up to the actual ambient temperature and during this time the heat is running non stop. The house not only then becomes uncomfortably hot, but it's wasting energy and my money in the process. I've been busy and have not reached out for support on this issue so I cannot speak to that.
