The thermostat is nice. I could not use because I have a heat pump with gas furnace back up heat. I would have had to buy and install a heat pump monitor in order to use this with my system.

The Honeywell 9000 is a great thermostat. I used one in my house in New Jersey. When I recently moved to Florida, one of the first changes I made was to switch the builder-grade thermostats to the WiFi-enabled Honeywell 9000's. They made all the difference in the world. The Honeywell thermostats are easy to program and, at least for me, improved the performance of my AC unit. I highly recommend these thermostats without reservation.
