I have twelve honewell thermostats in use at various businesses I own (some are different models than this). This does exactly what it is supposed to do. The reporting is great; the scheduling is easy (use the app it is way easier than doing it from the thermostat); the lockout feature is the key feature we use. The app works really well and is also great when you do have multiple thermostats since you can set up both locations (physical site) and multiple thermostats in each location. The alerts have saved our bacon a couple of times too. It has all kinds of alerts you can set but you have complete control of which alerts you use. I guess the fact that I bought our first one in 2012 and we now use 12 of them says all you need to know about what we think of this thermostat. Last this thermostat doesn't use batteries so you must have an energized C wire.

Great product. Easy to monitor at night, with lighted face. Convenient wi-fi access when traveling. The face plate was slightly smaller than my old thermostat, so some touch-up paint was required. Very happy with this purchase!

It’s convenient other than having to login every time you change temperature. Not a good feature for a women in their 50’s. I’d like to know how to change that.

Works fine, I just find the programing confusing. Would rather be able to just set a min Temp and Max Temp without needing to schedule everyday with wake up and sleep Temps. Also terminology of hold, either permanent or temporary is not ideal
