Great thermostat and great service when I needed it. Honeywell hotline helped me to deal with lack of C wire and their solution worked perfectly. I also had a problem with wiring and their tech support helped me by taking control of my iphone to see the wiring of the thermostat. H.he did discover a wiring error which helped fix the problem I was experiencing with one of the two thermostats I installed in our house. Great job Honeywell!

Great device for what I have seen so far. Wish it had a bit more functionality - More Preset times; Screen display changes after 2 AM to a weird purple sort of color; and a better touch screen. (Must press hard)

We travel a lot. It is great to check on the status when we are not home. We have the unit off until we are traveling back. Living in an area that can exceed 110 degrees, it takes a while to cool the house down when you`ve been gone 2 weeks!

No problems with connecting to my network or to Alexa. Display looks good and has a good layout for making any adjustments or settings. The large number of preset display colors is a good feature. Being able to set you own color is great. Software appears to be well designed and makes setting of the unit easy. No problem with installation if you are a little handy. Instruction manual shows everything you should need for correct operation. Need a good looking and well designed thermostat? But this one.
