I replaced a Nest Thermostats with this unit and I am very pleased with the performance. It always allows instant access via Wi-Fi which was not the case with the Nest. It allows full control via Wi-Fi, again not the case with the Nest. Set up and login initially was quite involved but as long as I don’t have to do that again, I’m very pleased.

Recently had installed the WiFi 9000 Color Touchscreen Thermostat. So impressed, easy to use, easy to read, easy to setup and adjust if necessary via phone or the wall unit. Highly recommend this unit and wish I had not waited so long to upgrade!!

This thermostat is very easy to use. The way the menu is set up makes it quicker and easier to switch between settings than it does with a Nest Thermostat. App make it very convenient and it is also set up very easy. Only minus would be the responsiveness of the touch screen; the lack of responsiveness can become frustrating when having to hit the same "button" multiple times for it to work.
