The thermostat was very easy to program and to understand how to use it. I love the fact that I no longer have to go downstairs to check and see if the downstairs temperature was adjusted for the night. I can check right on my app and if need be, adjust it there. I also like if I need to, I can put it on a temporary hold and it reverts to the regular schedule if I forget to do it manually. Couldn’t ask for a better thermostat.

If you have a heat pump with ac and when season changes (eg. heat to cooling) and it does not work; pick the other cutover mode in setup.

An excellent WiFi thermostat that has lots of options. Both its temp and humidity can be adjusted for accuracy. The app works well but does not access all features of the thermostat--some must be accessed via the unit itself (e.g., temp adjustment). Would buy again.

Wonderful upgrade! A few issues with the app losing sync with Google home, but a Resy can’t command takes care of it.
As our furnace and AC are very old (early 90’s) we had to provide a separate power supply for it which was not a problem.
