I got this thermostat to replace one which did not allow settings for both cooling and heating. I made one mistake with installation in that I did not turn off the power to the furnace and ended up shorting out a 5 amp fuse. Once I figured that out, the installation was pretty easy. I love the functions of the new thermostat. It works perfectly and connects to my Honeywell app. I like the vacation hold feature. Some of the settings are deep in the menus and need to be looked for. This is for our second home where we don't live full time. The colorful display is very nice to look at.

This thermostat has issues. I’m o n my second one now and same issue. I set an East clearly defined schedule and the unit seems to turn on at times that are not according to my schedule. It’s a pain in the butt and isn’t reliable at all.

Awesome, WIFI thermostat, easy to install as long as you have the five wiring or more. After installation programing so easy any child with an understanding of a computer would be able to do it.
The feature provides outside readings besides your indoor. The phone app works awesome. I have purchased three of this product and would advise anyone to purchase this unit.

Love the thermostat so far. I've only had it a few weeks, but no problems. It's easy to use, intuitive and simple to set up a schedule. I love the interface, especially seeing inside/outside weather and being able to choose a color and brightness of the back-light. And, of course, being able to monitor & alter schedule from a browser or the app is a plus.
