Purchased in Feb. Installed with new heat pump and furnace in late march.. Fan runs continuously and does not respond to commands except "off". Professional installation. Pro was told by your support that that batch of thermostats often has faulty hardware. I just now registered it because your website is too difficult to enter. Really upset with your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Vacation programing should be app accessable. Should be able vocally tell heat to go up and down. Geo fence would be nice.

Has the features I wanted but doesn't control the temperature properly. Several times every day the house will be 3-5 degrees warmer than where it was set. When I check the vents, the AC is blowing HOT AIR! Then I look at the thermostat and it concurs the temperature is higher, quickly higher, and it seems that the thermostat turns on the heat pump. I don't know how to confirm this for certain, but as you can see in the photo, the thermostat isn't controlling the temperature at all
