The thermostat was easy to install, program and connect to the wireless app. The only downside and reason for not giving it 5 stars is, I wish that I read that the warranty was void if not installed by licensed electrician. Thankfully it works fine.

Excellent thermostat. I replaced an older Honeywell unit and I am very pleased with all the features of this unit especially being able to use my phone to control everything if I so choose anywhere I may be. Again a great product I highly recommend.

Signing up for the WiFi is the most complicated and miserable experience ever. I’m an AC contractor and never set it up in customers houses and then I put this one in my own house, it is horrible! I love Honeywell and sell their products daily but that really bugged me. I hope you can refine it and make it easier to use and sign up
