I like everything about it. Except not being able to get it to hook up to Alexa. We previously had the RTH6580WF1001 and it worked great and sinked with Alexa. We got a new furnace and a/c, so thought we would upgrade our thermostat also. Just wish we could get it to work with Alexa.

Replaced (still working) 16 year old, but difficult to read, monochrome Trane thermostat.
Simple to install, wifi works well, app is OK, looks good. Nice upgrade.

Had a unusual Temperature sensor error issue. The installer forgot or did not know that the opening into the wall needs to be sealed. The Service Manager for the company that installed the T-Stat was able correct the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like all the features and capabilities of this thermostat, it’s kinda pricey for what it is but again if you like or want the wifi feature of this unit, you will not be disappointed.
