This product is amazing!! I love that I can adjust the setting anywhere from my phone. It also has a cool schedule feature that lets you schedule different settings throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this product!

The touch screen feature did not meet my expectation. You have to push on the screen forcefully to get it to work. Also, the mount is not flush with the panel so when you forcefully tap on the screen, it rocks on the wall. Does not feel secure. The app looks outdated.
Other than those items, it performs well. It interacts with my HVAC system properly and responds to all commands without hesitation or issue.

Thermometer not accurate

We had 3 WIFI 9000 thermostats installed. All three have one common issue. They all show a temperature that is a least 2 degrees off. I have checked them with several accurate thermometers and the difference persists. Otherwise they seem to work ok.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Functionality is great, but one has to push too hard on the touch screen to register an input. It's not like a regular phone or tablet. Perhaps that is by design, I'm not sure.
