This is my second WiFi 9000 thermostat. Have one at the vacation home & FT residence. Easy to install; easy to set up. I like the alerts where i can get notification if an environmental measurement (temp, humidity) are out of my set ranges. Its also convenient that one app lets me see & manage both location.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Clean mobile app that interfaces quickly, but lacks tracking of furnace or A/C runtime and changes to target temp. Installed this product in a short-term rental property so the settings and runtime history shortcomings would have me looking for a replacement already if the installer had not warrantied for 5 years. It appears this model is a couple of years old so not sure there will be any improvements to the app to correct those items.
