Love this product. I can use the app to make changes when I'm travelling. Like the schedule option so I can make it cool overnight yet warm in the morning.

Great device, works grate using the app, we don't live in the house, so we leave the thermostat @ 55 in winter, but we raise it before we travel to the house, so by the time that we got there, the house is warm and cozy.

The contractor programmed my iPad to the thermostat and it is a great way to check and/or set it. It makes it possible to get a lot of information easily.

Wasnt home when contractor completed the work. So had to figure it out on my own. Fairly easy to use

When installing, someone does need to know general wiring. We had done our research and knew a âCâ wire would be required but had enough knowledge to do the job ourselves.

NEXGEN in Palm Desert CA installed, but they used the old 5 conductor wire, and they had to come out again and run new wire......more training perhaps?
