Every aspect was excellent. The actual connection points for wires seemed delicate abd not obvious how to remove wires which sometimes needs doing for install. Operation is very nice, phone app excellent, connects WAN very fast, reconnects on own

Great thermostat. Easy to install after looking at video. Live the wifi, alexa, phone access and we get a small discount letting our aps adjust when temp rises

We love the advanced auto change over. Also the fact that when we are on vacation we can monitor the humidity levels in our Florida home.

Easy to use with intuitive controls, my kids change the color almost daily. knowing the outside temp and humidity is a really nice bonus.

I really like the new thermostat. It was easy to get it connected to Alexa. The reason I did not give 5 stars was I was hoping for at least 5, and preferably 6, daily settings. It was not clear to me about setting the name, but easy to rename.

Love it!! So much simpler to program than the other. The bright screen is wonderful and easily read. Can't think of anything you could do better!!!

Install was easy. The only issue I've had is that you have to press very hard on the touch screen to get it to respond. Seller is sending a replacement so I hope that fixes the issue.
