The Honeywell 9000 is a great product and quite straightforward to setup and use. My only recommendation is to have even lower backlight settings (in addition to the completely off setting).

I really like this unit but wish the touch screen was more sensitive. It can take up to 5 or 6 attempts before it recognizes your touch. Very frustrating in a world filled with excellent touch screen technology to not have a reliable one here.

Love this, can see it from across the room and is bright when I touch it. Love the colors! The phone app and using my computer to access it remotely is a major plus. Would I recommend it? Heck yes and I already have, great purchase!

System was down and was very frustrating thinking I had forgotten my password when in fact the system was down and I had to find a phone number to call in on. Plus the situation was noted after hours do had to wait to get a response.

Extremely easy to use and install compared to a similar thermostat (different brand) that this unit replaced...more expensive but superior ease to use
