My son (an electrical engineer) purchased this for me as a Christmas gift and had it installed before I even knew he bought it. He helped me with navigation on my phone on how to set up a schedule. I love it! Gives indoor and outdoor temperatures.

The app stopped working after a couple of weeks, it gives me a login error authentication failed message, even though I enter the right criteria. I sure hope they fix it, otherwise Iâm returning the product.

Very easy to use and set up for wifi. The only negatives I'll note are the inability to slave the other two control panels in the house to a single master and the temperamental nature of the touch screen.

I had a little trouble hooking up the unit and installing the app on my phone. I am not an AC Contractor. I spent about 20 minutes with tech support to get both items fixed. Great job on tech support team.

Number one favorite feature: the ability to dim the display. I returned a 'newer' version of this thermostat because the display was like a light on the wall at night - far too bright and without a way to dim the display. I love this thermostat!

It was disconnected from the internet due a power out but once the power back I had to do the setup on the web page again

It is so convenient to have the thermostat adjust the temp automatically and so easy to program from a computer or my phone. We can also switch from AC to heat. Another plus is that the control is very easy to see.
