Bought the thermostat for our Southern winter home upon the recommendation of our heating technician. The thermostat works fine , the IPhone app is not so great. I have a different brand up North and the app is much better. For example It provides a history of usage. If I could do it again I would not have switched brands.

It's like magic to set the thermostat while I am on the way home and find my home comfy and warm when I get there. When I'm out of town the reassurance that I can check on the temperature of my home and know it's all okay. NO Frozen pipes.

Touch screen should be more sensitive. Would also benefit from screen turning off when idle instead of always being on (you can adjust the brightness).

This unit is hands down the most stylish of all the smart thermostats on the market with an easy to read display that’s customizable for your room. It’s also easy to use with controls that are similar to a traditional thermostat, but without giving up any of the programming capabilities.
Plus, the ability to tell it to randomly circulate the air helps keep temps even across the zone and filters the air.
But, I give it 4, vs. 5 stars, as it lacks the ability to add additional thermostat sensors.

Sensor Error (Humidity sensor issue) On every single one I bought. Do not buy until they get this sorted on their end. (Resideo/Honeywell technical support said its an issue they are aware of and are "trying to fix with no timeline")

PROS: Thermostat was installed in under 5 minutes and programmed in 2 minutes. Very easy to use and understand, programs are on point.
CONS: Screen a bit laggy but manageable and app could be better. Overall really good unit.
