This thermostat is very intuitive and easy to use. It is amazing that we can set our thermostat to warm or cool our condo before we arrive for a stay. Also, we like the ability to check and adjust the thermostat setting when we are not there.

It has worked flawlessly since I installed it, however, with only four wires. It would help if the directions would explain how to make it work without the fifth wire.

Very easy to install on my heat pump. Ran new wiring because I did not have AC wire. Final installation no problem with Wi-Fi connection the phone easy to do.

I had an American Standard that went out after 3 years. After emails and phone calls they would not replace it. My son is a A/C repairman and recommended the Honeywell. It was half the place and works as well as the American and more simplified.

Often unable to connect via the app, although I am in the same dwelling as the thermostat and have excellent internet access. What can you recommend to fix this?
