we initially got a thermostat that didn't work properly. I emailed, got a replacement thermostat which was installed and is working fine. I really like this model--the adjustable backlit screen is great, and so is the functionality and ease of use.

Hooked it up myself, the only question I have is how to hook up the aux heat and emergency heat...It doesnât have a hookup for both...more info on is needed for purchasing the unit and installing regarding this. It works great, the App is awesome.
