Don’t like the fact this unit can’t switch from heat to AC automatically to reach the correct temperature. But besides that, it’s been working well so far.

I purchased two, one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs unit. They look really cool! I love the fact you can change the colors in the background! Works perfectly with Alexa! I can sit upstairs having coffee, ask alexa what the temperature is downstairs, then have her adjust the temperature! Works remotely from their APP as well! These units were actually recommended by my electrician!

Do not buy this trash. Air conditioning never turns on. I had to purchase an additional piece of equipment just to run the heat.

The touch screen is very reliable. Half the time it works, half the time you feel like you have to press extra hard to get a response. While the unit seems to work, the screen is a big loser. The accuracy of the temperature is hard to gauge. The upstairs unit I have set 10 degrees higher than the downstairs unit. I'm not sure if this is just the way air circulates throughout the house, or one unit is way off?
