It does everything I expected of a smart thermostat, but it also offered a third fan function which was useful. In addition to âoffâ and ârunâ it had the option of âcontinuousâ which runs the fan randomly about 30% of the time.

Installed one in our primary home last year and loved it, so got another one when our vacation home needed new furnace and air. Love the fact that we can check on one home when we are at the other and can change settings remotely.
