Love our new Wi-Fi 9000 7-Day Programmable Thermostat!! Attractive appearance! Easy to setup and use. It was easy to transition from my older (non-digital) programable Honeywell Thermostat. The iOS App works!

I like it a lot. Being able to set it to let me know if the house is too hot or too cold is great. Changing the colors to match the room is wonderful. I just love it a lot!

Connecting device was the hardest steps of the install. Contractor and I had to call tech support. Also, need to improve app by giving app user the option of staying connected. Or at least facial recognition versus typing password every time

It was an easy install. Had to call tech support to explain extra wire. That was explained very clearly. Tech support was extremely helpful and prompt. Love the thermostat! Very responsive even from 350 miles away

Very modern and efficient. Only reason for 4 stars, is the manual interaction to go from AC to heat. Though practically, it makes people sense.
