We've been using the Honeywell 9000 for about 3 weeks now. The performance of this thermostat is fantastic. We can monitor the temperature at our second home and change every setting of the heat/AC from our cell phones. Fantastic!

My only problem with this thermostat is that the security settings do not allow the owner/user to change the passcode.

Even though overall online / app experience is good, Touch response is very bad. It may not be one of the best out there; it gets the job done.

Our Wi-Fi 9000 is an excellent upgrade. The Wi-Fi interface is especially nice. We are able to push the temperature up or down from anywhere if our schedule changes. Easy to program. Excellent display.

We had the Nest before, the contractor suggested this thermostat, he said it works better with the system we got. It took some time to get use to how it works but it is easier now.
